I wanted to get a heavy pickup truck for my work which would have high power and would require low maintenance. Finally after doing several test drive I settled for the ford f350 diesel ,it has a mix of power, smooth handling, and good exteriors. The general purpose was for hauling heavy weights and for transportation in difficult terrain and this ford f350 diesel fit my bill perfectly.
Initially I was planning to go with a new car but finally because of some constraints went with the 2005 model with some 25k miles on it. Still this ford f350 diesel is by far one of my best purchase and delivers more than the price I had bought it for. The engine has good power to give sufficient boost in the uphill drive and the body is tough to withstand the additional luggage and weight. Overall I am very happy with the ford f350 diesel version and it also gives relatively good mpg when compared to other pickups.
